When you visit

This website has no first-party analytics or advertising trackers. Its code does not set cookies or use local or session storage. Azure serves the site and may process technical request data, such as your IP address, to operate the hosting service.

Fonts and the map

Your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts, map software from unpkg and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. These services receive technical request data, including your IP address. The site does not request your device location. The map uses the approximate location of the flat.

Links to Google Maps, property services and other websites open those services. Their own privacy terms apply.

Viewing enquiries

The email button opens your email app. No enquiry is sent by this website. The copy button copies the enquiry text and email address to your clipboard when you select it. If copying is blocked, the text is shown on the page so you can copy it yourself.

Email enquiries are received by Michael Dalziel for arranging viewings and answering questions. Do not send identity documents or financial records through the advert. Applicant checks are handled separately.

Private records

The landlord’s private inventory and statutory documents are not part of this public website.
